The location of the hotel is fantastic, with all major attractions within walking distance. The clean room I stayed in had a huge, recently refurbished bathroom that stood out. I appreciated the friendly staff who were very accommodating. However, the public areas felt outdated and cramped. The noise from the floor above was unbearable during my stay, making it hard to relax. WiFi issues added to my frustration. I wish the hotel would pay more attention to noise insulation and updating common areas.
